Make a promise to yourself, and to me, that for the next 21 days, you will do the following upon waking up. 1. Wake up and give thanks
2. Learn to be grateful for everything that comes your way.
3. No matter how good or bad a situation is, say “thank you” for the lesson, and try to see the blessing in everything.
There are blessings, and lessons, everywhere, everyday. Say thank you often, and you will quickly see the profound shift in your mindset and overall positivity.
