Unless you've been living under a rock, you probably know just how popular street style has become.

If you grew up in the '90s think Salt-N-Pepa, LL Cool J and TLC. Oversized jackets, baggy sweatshirts and sweatpants to match. And if you have no clue who the aforementioned musical greats are, you'll probably equate street style with the current cool girls to be sporting this trend including, Cardi B, Kylie Jenner and Rihanna.

I absolutely love that I can be on-trend and comfortable at the same time! Sweatpants have become a mainstay for more than just lounging around at home.

In the pictures above, I'm wearing an oversized ripped white T-shirt from Forever 21 with a black hoodie that I've had for a long time over me. I paired them with my favorite joggers from Target and black and gray Nikes from Nordstrom.

​

These days, sweatpants are cool enough on their own, but what really makes this look "chic af" is the faux fur topper of course! Throw a fur jacket or long coat over any and every outfit to dress it up a notch. I love how this dressy staple isn't just something to wear over a formal outfit these days.

 

Think outside the box. Your casual street style game is going up a few notches with this look. And never ever forget to leave home without a stand out pair of sunnies.
