SUMMER WORKOUT SERIES:

WEEK TWO

TJ Alvarez, Personal Trainer/Nutritionist, and I have teamed up to bring YOU a FREE six week summer workout series. If you completed WEEK ONE with us, congrats and keep up the good work! If you didn't, what are you waiting for?!

 

I want to get in shape and feel good this season, and it's never too late to start, right? We wanted to offer something to our readers that will motivate, empower, and make us all feel good, while forming a community of people who will support one another throughout this journey.

 

All of the exercises can be performed in the comfort of your home, so you can workout at your own pace, and on your own schedule!

 

Keep your eyes on our Instagram pages for updates, LIVE and interactive workout classes, and Q & A's. If you complete the Summer Workout Series with us, you will qualify to receive FREE personal training sessions with TJ!

This is what you need to do:

1. Decide to start working out with us...NOW!

2. Make sure you're following us on Instagram @AdvanceFitnessNJ & @TheBergenCountyBible

3. Comment "DONE" on this IG video post when workout is completed.

WEEK TWO: FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS

Each exercise should be performed for three total rounds at 30 seconds of exercise, and 15 seconds of rest. Do the entire set three times per week for best results. Next Thursday a new workout will be posted. Stay motivated!

Exercises in this video include:

1. Front Lunge into Reverse Lunge 

2. Squat N' Press (resistance bands, weights, or water bottles)

3. Sprint in Place

4. Buddy Row (you'll need resistance bands for this)

5. Buddy Row N' Squat with resistance bands
