SUMMER WORKOUT SERIES:
It's WEEK FIVE! Can you believe we are only one week away from completing our challenge?
This week we continued with core focus, this way we can tighten up our tummies!
Remember, if you're a little behind, no worries! Just start with WEEK ONE and write "done" under each completed video on Instagram. All of the exercises can be performed in the comfort of your home, so you can workout at your own pace, and on your own schedule!

WEEK FIVE: FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS
Each exercise should be performed for three total rounds for 35-40 seconds. Do the entire set three times per week for best results. Next Thursday our last workout of the series will be posted. Stay motivated! You've come SO far!
