HEAVEN SCENT

Scents are my obsession...from perfume, to deodorant, to soap, lotion, candles, and everything in between I always smell everything before I purchase it. Are you a compulsive collector like me, or a devotee to a single scent? 

 

I'm sharing my current faves with you that I can't get enough of.

 

Gucci Bloom, $34 (.25 mL spray) purchased at Ulta Beauty, Maywood

 

A collection of tuberose, jasmine sambac, lily of the valley, and rangoon creeper (also known as Chinese honeysuckle), this perfume embodies the perfect floral bouquet that can make the “non-floral” lovers, lovers! Gucci Bloom is perfect for the spring and summer and is currently my go-to fragrance. 

 

Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede, $65 (30 mL spray) purchased at Nordstrom, Westfield Garden State Plaza

 

I first smelt this scent in Nordstrom in the bathroom (of all places!), and knew instantly I had to have it. The enticing blend of peonies with red apple, jasmine, rose, gillyflower and soft suede spoke to me. This warm, floral scent is great year round and lasts all day.

 

AHAVA Dead Sea Water Mineral Body Lotion, $29, purchased at Nordstrom, Westfield Garden State Plaza

 

I can not say enough about this lotion. Besides making my skin feel like silk, the smell is amazing! If I could bathe in it I would. It's very clean and fresh, almost reminiscent of powder. 

 

Nubian Heritage Goats Milk and Chai Bar Soap, $4.99, purchased at Whole Foods, Paramus

 

Rose, chai, goat's milk and honey are the main ingredients in this decadent bath bar. You are left with a long lasting, fresh scent that is so pleasing. I actually have the whole line of goat’s milk and chai from Nubian Heritage.
