Anything with prosecco is always a good idea, and since it's starting to feel like summer...bottoms up!
4 ounces limoncello, chilled
1 (750 ml) bottle of prosecco, chilled
1 pint fresh blackberries
Lemon sugar (for rim)
Fresh mint (for garnish) — optional, but it looks fancier, and we like to be fancy!
1. Chill champagne flutes for 15 minutes
2. Coat rim delicately with lemon sugar
3. Add blackberries to each glass
4. Add limoncello (2 ounces in each glass)
5. Top with prosecco
6. Garnish with mint leaves
