SELF IMPROVEMINT SHAKE

Refreshing, healthy and an absolutely delicious way to get your greens.

Ingredients:

 8 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk 

1 cup of ice cubes

1/2 of a medium banana 

 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I like Vega Sport

1 large handful of spinach

 5-8 fresh mint leaves

Step 1

Add all the above ingredients in that order into your mixer and blend on high for three minutes. 

Step 2

Pour immediately into a large glass cup and garnish with a mint leave. 

You are mint to be healthy and strong!
