Welcome to WEEK THREE! Congratulations on making it this far! If you're a little behind, no worries, just start with WEEK ONE and catch up with us, or simply go at your own pace. Just remember, that if you complete the entire challenge when we do, you can qualify to win FREE personal training sessions with TJ!
Speaking of TJ, this week he turns up the intensity and makes me do burpees (dread)!
I want to get in shape and feel good this season, and it's never too late to start, right? We wanted to offer something to our readers that will motivate, empower, and make us all feel good, while forming a community of people who will support one another throughout this journey.
All of the exercises can be performed in the comfort of your home, so you can workout at your own pace, and on your own schedule!

WEEK THREE: FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS
Each exercise should be performed for three total rounds at 45 seconds of exercise, and 15 seconds of rest. Do the entire set three times per week for best results. Next Thursday a new workout will be posted. Stay motivated!
