SUMMER WORKOUT SERIES:
WEEK ONE
TJ Alvarez, Personal Trainer/Nutritionist, and I have teamed up to bring YOU a FREE six week summer workout series.
I want to get in shape and feel good this season, and it's never too late to start, right? We wanted to offer something to our readers that will motivate, empower, and make us all feel good, while forming a community of people who will support one another throughout this journey.
All of the exercises can be performed in the comfort of your home, so you can workout at your own pace, and on your own schedule!

This is what you need to do:
1. Decide to start working out with us...NOW!
2. Make sure you're following us on Instagram @AdvanceFitnessNJ & @TheBergenCountyBible
3. Comment "DONE" on this IG video post when workout is completed.
WEEK ONE: FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS
Each exercise should be performed for three total rounds at 20 seconds of exercise, and 20 seconds of rest. Do the entire set three times per week for best results. Every Thursday for the next six weeks, we will post a new workout. Let's get started!
Exercises in this video include:
1. Alternating lunges (left and right legs)
2. Tap & Jump
3. Seal Jacks
4. Squats
5. Overhead press with resistance (bands, weights, or water bottles)
6. High Knees
