WEEK SIX

Congratulations on making it to WEEK SIX! Give yourself a huge hug because it's a MAJOR accomplishment to finish this series! And if you fell behind, or haven't started yet, that's ok too, just start whenever you're ready and use this series as your own personal resource guide!

This last video continues to focus on core, but this is definitely tough! You'll see what I mean!
