Looking to make a healthy, delicious and colorful salad in under ten minutes? This one is certainly a crowd pleaser and can be served with just about any meal.

What to do:


1. Wash Cherub tomatoes, pat dry, slice in half, put in bowl

2. Add pearl size mozzarella cheese to bowl

3. Wash fresh basil, pat dry, cut into small pieces, add to bowl

4. Mix and serve

*make day of because Cherub tomatoes should not be refrigerated

5. Enjoy!
