Happy fall! A new season is a new opportunity to create change in our lives. It’s time to dive deep within ourselves and notice where we need to reboot and what we need to let go of in order help us flourish and grow.

Take this time to trust in the process of elimination. It is ok to let go of anything and anyone that doesn't feel right in your life anymore. By letting go, you will create space for all of the greatness that wants to make its way to you. Remember, when we are open and available to receive all that’s meant for us, nothing can stop it. 

 

Take a look outside and begin to notice the leaves changing colors and how the trees fearlessly let go of their leaves. Allow yourself to notice the beauty that change can bring and get rid of any fears you may have by simply knowing that what’s meant for you, will come to you, and what isn't, will leave.
